the apartment was spacious it featured a full kitchen and laundry facilities were useful a supermarket across the street was handy for groceries i found the bus connection to the city center convenient. free parking was available on the premises and the apartment had character. the location provided easy access to transportation and local amenities.
the floor was not very clean i noticed the absence of a broom and cleaning cloths made cleanup after meals difficult

The living room sofa had several STAINS. It didn't look clean. i also found the lack of soundproofing an issue. i could hear a lot of noise from the street. this made it difficult to relax in the evenings. the front door rattled, maybe it needs a simple adjustment.

A Few Issues Encountered

The location was excellent , very close to a bus stop and a grocery store. The Water of Leith pathway is behind the residence , it is very beautiful. The flat had character. I also found the location near a retail park and supermarkets convenient.
The downstairs bathroom sink was clogged , it was inconvenient. One of the towels had a stain , I didn't expect this. The table and chairs in the living room looked worn and unstable , I was concerned about their safety.
